Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when an order may be canceled and what happens if a cancellation is not possible.
1. Before shipment
You may request cancellation before your order ships. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order’s status (for example, whether processing or fulfillment has begun). If processing has started, we may be unable to cancel. If you want to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
2. After shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, please wait for delivery and follow the Returns & Refund Policy within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
3. Shipping timing reminder
Processing time is 1–3 business days and orders are processed with a cutoff time of 5:00 pm CST. If your order is already in progress, cancellation may not be possible.
