Refund policy

1. Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

2. Eligibility and condition requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in original packaging with all parts/accessories included. We may request photos for inspection before approving a return.

3. Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked as final sale on the product page)

  • Items that have been assembled, installed, used, or are missing original packaging

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items (if applicable and stated on the product page)

4. How to start a return

  • Contact us at info@boulle.shop (or by phone) within the return window.
  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will review your request and provide return instructions.

5. Return shipping responsibility

  • Changed mind / non-quality returns: customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Wrong item, verified defect, or confirmed shipping damage: we cover return shipping or provide a replacement/refund after review.

6. Original shipping fees
Original shipping fees are not refunded unless required or unless the return is due to a quality issue, wrong item, or damage confirmed under this policy.

7.Damage on arrival (DOA) and shipping damage claims
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. This timeframe is required for us to evaluate the issue and determine next steps.

8. Large/oversized items:
For oversized furniture, return shipping may require freight service. If a freight pickup is needed, we will provide instructions and the estimated return shipping cost before you ship anything back.

9. Refunds and processing time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days after approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Timing for funds to appear can vary by financial institution.

10. No restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
