These Terms of Service govern your use of boulle.shop and any purchase made through the store. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the site
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes and not to interfere with security, operations, or other users’ access.

2. Orders and acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order prior to shipment in situations such as suspected fraud, errors, or other operational concerns.

3. Pricing, taxes, and shipping charges

  • Prices displayed are tax-inclusive.
  • Checkout does not add additional tax.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are determined by the order value: free shipping on orders of $156 or more; otherwise a flat $17.
    We aim to display accurate information; however, if an error affects your order, we may contact you or cancel the order prior to shipment.

4. Shipping and delivery
We ship only within the United States. Processing time is 1–3 business days, and transit time after shipment is 6–9 business days. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

5. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Return shipping responsibilities depend on the reason for return, as described in the Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Cancellations

  • Before shipment, you may request cancellation. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on order status (for example, whether processing or fulfillment has begun). If processing has started, we may be unable to cancel.
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped; the return process applies after delivery.

7. Product information and disclaimers
We work to present product information accurately. To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties other than those described in the Limited Warranty section.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Boulle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Boulle harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.

Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates apply as of the “Last updated” date listed above.
