Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty is focused on damage-on-arrival (DOA) and shipment-related issues. It works alongside (and does not replace) the Returns & Refund Policy.
1. Damage on arrival (DOA) requirement
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos. Requests submitted after this 48-hour window may not qualify as a DOA claim under this policy.
2. What this policy may cover
Depending on the circumstances and our review of the information provided, we may determine that a case qualifies as damage on arrival, shipping damage, or an incorrect item.
3. Possible resolutions
After review, and as appropriate to the situation, we may offer one of the following outcomes:
- A replacement of the affected item (or an appropriate alternative solution), or
- A refund handled under the Returns & Refund Policy, or
- Another reasonable remedy based on the facts of the claim.
Return shipping responsibility for quality issues, wrong items, or damage is handled by the seller or on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation, consistent with our Returns & Refund Policy.
4. How to submit a claim
Email info@boulle.shop within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage and packaging (if applicable).
5. Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not expand the return window (30 days from delivery confirmation) or change the refund processing timeline (processed within 10 business days after approval).
