1. Where do you ship?
We ship only within the United States.
2. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $156 or more. Orders under $156 have a flat $17 shipping fee.
3. When will my order ship?
Processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are processed with a cutoff time of 5:00 pm CST; orders placed after the cutoff may begin processing the next business day.
4. How long does delivery take after shipment?
Transit time after shipment is 6-9 business days.
5. Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers.
6. Do you provide tracking?
Tracking details are provided when available after shipment. Tracking may take time to update after label creation or carrier intake.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment, you may request cancellation. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on order status (for example, whether processing or fulfillment has begun). If processing has started, we may be unable to cancel. After shipment, orders cannot be canceled; please follow the return process after delivery.
8. What is your return window?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
9. Are any items non-returnable?
No. There are no non-returnable items listed under this policy.
10. Who pays for return shipping?
For non-quality returns, the buyer pays return shipping. For quality issues, wrong items, or damage, the seller covers return shipping or handles it on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation.
11. What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos for a damage-on-arrival (DOA) claim.
12. How long do refunds take?
If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
13. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, there is no restocking fee.
14. Do you charge tax at checkout?
No. Prices are tax-inclusive, and checkout does not add additional tax.
15. What payment methods do you accept?
