Shipping fee: Free on orders $156 or more; otherwise $17 flat rate.
Order cutoff: 5:00 PM CST (orders placed after the cutoff may start processing the next business day).
Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Transit time after shipment: 6–9 business days.
Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers. Tracking is shared once shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Return window: 30 days from delivery confirmation.
Return shipping: Buyer pays for non-quality returns. For quality issues, wrong items, or damage, return shipping is covered by the seller or handled case-by-case depending on the situation.
DOA/damage on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
Refunds: If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval to the original payment method when possible.
